2. Service Level Agreement & Availability (SLA)
- We commit to a 99.9% annual uptime availability guarantee to prevent any disruption to your manufacturing operations.
- Scheduled maintenance updates are performed during off-shift hours with prior advance notification.
3. Security & Access Governance
- All credentials and user sessions are encrypted using industry-leading cryptographic protocols.
- Subscribers are responsible for managing access credentials and configuring appropriate permissions for floor staff.
